Changes were made to the ACHA-NCHA IIb survey instrument beginning Fall 2015.

The ACHA-NCHA IIc now includes E-cigarettes in items #8A and #9A. Items #20 (sexual partners) , #47 (gender identity), and #48  (sexual orientation) have been edited.”

The ACHA-NCHA is now powered by Qualtrics Research Suite!

The ACHA-NCHA Program Office is now using Qualtrics Research Suite to administer the ACHA-NCHA web survey.  As a result, many of our protocols and procedures have changed.  The FAQs and Instructions for Web Surveys have been revised to reflect these changes.  Even if you have successfully implemented a web-based ACHA-NCHA in the past, please carefully review these documents for important changes.

Updated: 3/14/16

  • There are 4 IP addresses/ranges and 2 email domains that your IT Department needs to whitelist during your survey implementation.  See FAQs for more details.

  • Note that if you are providing ACHA with personal student email addresses (gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc.) rather than campus addresses, OR if you are unable to release student email addresses to ACHA, whitelisting is not necessary.
